TALLAHASSEE – Capital Health Plan (CHP) continues to stand out as a national leader in health care, once again earning a 4.5-out-of-5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in the 2025 Medicare Star Ratings. This follows CHP's 4.5-star rating from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for both its Commercial and Medicare plans, announced in September.

Storm Alert: Temporary Closure of CHP’s LabCorp locations

Due to closures in Tampa related to Hurricane Milton, LabCorp locations in our service area will stop processing routine lab work and specimens after 10 AM on Tuesday, October 8, until further notice. Our LabCorp location in our Metropolitan Health Center will continue to process some urgent laboratory tests during this time.
