  1. Hydrate. Drinking enough water has so many benefits, including improving your brain function. Challenge your co-workers to see who can stay hydrated the best, and bring a refillable water bottle to track your progress.
  2. Find time for a meal break. Enjoying a planned nutritious meal away from your work setting can reduce stress and anxiety, and help you avoid getting too hungry and mindlessly snacking later on.
  3. Take breaks. Find the time for short breaks throughout the day to stretch your legs, get fresh air, and decompress. Sometimes, all it takes is 5-10 minutes to recharge your body and mind.  
  4. Limit distractions to make your work more productive. Implement strategies that are consistent with your workplace policies and procedures. 
  5. Practice gratitude. Celebrate your wins and those of your colleagues. Enjoy positive thinking and highlight progress.
