Amwell Telehealth

Looking for a convenient and quick way to see a doctor? Use our Amwell telehealth system to schedule video visits with a physician through your computer or smartphone. It’s easy to use, private, and secure. It’s also free to enroll, and there is no cost for State of Florida members.

NOTE: When registering, please make sure you enter “CHP” for your Service Key under “optional information” as well as your insurance information. This will ensure that you are only charged $0.

Amwell telehealth can be used any time, day or night, for many common issues, like colds, flu, fever, rash, sinusitis, ear infection, and pinkeye. Telehealth medicine is a convenient option for when you’re traveling, if your physician’s office is closed, if you’re too sick to visit the doctor in person, or when you’re looking for an alternative to a late-night ER or Urgent Care visit.

Clinical services with Amwell are provided by Online Care Group, the nation’s first and largest primary care group devoted to telemedicine. Physicians on Amwell average 15 years experience in primary and urgent care, and are U.S. Board Certified, licensed, and credentialed. You also have the ability to view each physician profile so you can see their education and practice experience.
