Register your account through CHP Connect on a desktop or through the app.

Enter your Capital Health Plan member information.

Once your initial registration is submitted, please expect a registration code to be mailed to your primary residence listed in your CHP member account within 3-5 business days.

Once your access code is received, please sign in to your CHP Connect account on a desktop where you will be prompted to enter the access code.
