About the Metro Health Center
The Capital Health Plan Metropolitan Health Center is our third member exclusive health center. This 72,000 square-foot facility is designed with our growing senior population in mind and will continue to support the health needs of our community long into the future.

In addition, the Capital Health Plan Metropolitan Health Center is equipped with an energy-efficient cooling system and utilizes the community grid power during off-peak periods. The entire facility is powered by a generator so it never loses power during an outage -- keeping the safety and well-being of our members as a top priority while remaining environmental sustainability.

Services Available
Fall Prevention Clinic
A screening conducted on-site to formulate a treatment plan for improving strength and balance.
Cognitive Screening
Evaluate memory and brain function based on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA).
Disaster Recovery
The safety and well-being of our patients is a top priority, along with environmental sustainability.
