Join us for a peaceful morning walk and a heartfelt discussion on coping with holiday grief, led by Psychiatrist, Dr. Ferraro, at Cascades Park. All fitness levels are welcome to participate on Saturday, December 13 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
