Just bring your member ID card, and our team will walk you through the value-added benefits included with your plan and share valuable tips on how to make the most of your coverage and maximize the value of your premium dollars.

We’ll also be available to answer your questions and provide personalized guidance setting up CHPConnect, where you can access your CHP medical history, review and download benefit documents, request new ID cards, and select your Primary Care Physician.
