Capital Health Plan’s Medicare Plans Maintain 4.5 Stars for Health Care Quality
TALLAHASSEE – Capital Health Plan (CHP) continues to stand out as a national leader in health care, once again earning a 4.5-out-of-5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in the 2025 Medicare Star Ratings. This follows CHP’s 4.5-star rating from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for both its Commercial and Medicare plans, announced in September.
