Capital Health Plan’s Medicare Plans Achieve 4.5 Stars for Health Care Quality
TALLAHASSEE – Capital Health Plan (CHP) has once again been recognized as a national health care leader, earning a 4.5-out-of-5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This announcement follows the recent recognition that CHP earned a 4.5-rating from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for both its Commercial and Medicare products.
