Based on the latest projections, Capital Health Plan has made the decision to close all departments and offices, including CHP Urgent Care, on Wednesday, August 30th. We will reopen on Thursday, August 31st at 8:00am.
- All departments and offices including CHP Urgent Care will be CLOSED on Wednesday, 08/30/2023 and will REOPEN on Thursday, 08/31/2023.
- A Nurse Helpline will remain operational unless they experience power and telephone outages that we cannot rectify. Please call 850-383-3400 to access the Nurse Helpline.
- If a member has an emergency, they should seek medical care wherever they can.

NOTE: When registering, please make sure you enter “CHP” for your Service Key under “optional information” as well as your insurance information. This will ensure that you are only charged $15.
