Join Capital Health Plan, a proud sponsor, at the Swamp & Stomp Mud Run! The run is a 5K, with an added bonus of down and dirty obstacles. Created for those with an adventurous spirit, the Swamp & Stomp Run is definitely not your average 5K. Participants may run, walk, or even skip through the course which winds through picturesque farm lands and scenery. This off-road adventure takes you across scenic trails and fields, and ends with a fun run through a mud pit. The race is open to individuals and teams.
